Foot Reflexology
An ancient, healing, therapeutic foot massage that utilizes various points in the feet to affect positive change in every part of the body.  This relaxing and healing treatment feeds the body, the mind, and the soul/sole.  

Hot Stone Massage
Stone massage is a unique connection we experience with nature, offering a sense of profoundness and sacredness that we too often forget. It’s a deep healing moment that enhances our awareness and brings us closer to our true essence. It is the perfect treatment for relaxation and healing. Stone massage involves the application of water-heated basalt and river stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage. The warmth of the stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

Lymphatic Drainage
Clears your system of toxins and cellular waste by manually moving lymph fluids. Effective for reducing swelling, toning, and detoxifying the skin. Relieves sore muscles that are due to lactic acid build-up and overexertion.

Polarity Therapy
Gentle touch that works to release energy blockages and helps to balance energy. It often feels warm, soothing, and balancing.

Thai Herbal Ball Massage
This age old massage focuses on balancing the Life energy or ‘Prana’ flowing through the body by stimulating the major energy channels.  A steamed herbal ball is pressed and massaged into the body along the lines (or acupressure zones) in a series of circular and rolling motions to clear blockages and stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage. The herbs are beneficial for both their anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, as well as drawing out toxins and their aroma-therapeutic value.

Visualization Therapy
A guided journey using verbal cues and images to allow the mind to enter into a deeply relaxed state.  Allowing you to process physical and emotional stresses so that self healing can begin on a spiritual level.  This process is done in a safe and sacred space giving you the opportunity to be the healing force in your own journey.

Psoas Release
The psoas muscle is a large stabilizing muscle in the low back, hip and glute area. This specialized technique is articulated stretching and pressure point therapy for release and relief of chronic discomfort in these areas. Breath and energy work is also incorporated to facilitate release.

Receiving massage during pregnancy can help relax you and the baby so that you are better able to enjoy this magical time of creating life.
